You’ll learn how to go on all fours, play, and move instinctively but safely, without putting your knees, back, wrists, and other joints at risk during or after the session. We’ll teach you how to position your body correctly to avoid unnecessary tension and common injuries (which can appear in the short or long term), using techniques adapted to different body types and experience levels.
